If your Psychopathic Records gear isn't causing a ruckus the way you expected, you have 30 days to send it back to the Hatchet Gear warehouse for a full refund or exchange. We want every Juggalo and Juggalette to stay fresh, so ensure your items are unworn and in original condition.
Check Your Loot
Verify that your merch is still in mint condition, unwashed, and free of any face paint or Faygo stains before starting the process.
Contact the Carnival
Email our support crew with your order number and 'Return Request' in the subject line to receive your official return authorization.
Pack the Hatchet
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip so we know exactly whose stash is arriving.
Ship It Out
Drop your package off at any local carrier; once it hits our dock, we will process your refund or ship out your new gear within 7-10 business days.
